Another idea was on foxblogs but was deleted when foxblogs upgraded their blogs over a year ago . The idea was the use of ion+ created imbalances within thin tubes using river water (need a natural current) to move the unbalanced  ions+  through and as the tubes texture / material changes it picks up the changed added to the water as an excess electrical output.
    If the tubes are long enough ( CLUE: Krazy Straws ) one can generate lots of power and no fish / water creature is affected as the process occurs within the tubes as by the end of the tubes the water's ion+ makeup is as it was coming into the tubes. ¿ Need real life info?, look up my CLUEs left in 6 countries 7 languages. if you think i am pulling your leg so be it i thought many ideas not for money but for the better of the whole, whole being humanities future so i make no money off ideas i left for the people. Therefore after trying to get just one person of the many i used several forms communications be it via snail mail, phone, eMail, messenger even in person. In person as with the peach on top of Georgia idea (on another blogbit)  it was one of the ideas i had fully drawn out in this case on ~98 pages and took it to The Weather Channel in person to give it to Vivian Brown but, the ¿ secretary ? stated i could not give in person so i asked if from afar Vivian could come out so i could see those pages handed to her but was told she was on camera . Then i asked if i could wait but no luck so i only left one or two of five bundles of pages i wanted to give to The Weather Channel's OCMs.
     NOW TO BE FAIR I WENT UNANNOUNCED this was in the early / mid 1990s but i went unannounced in that i had just stopped a friend from committing suicide in Mass. and being it was in the mid 50s their at nite in my joy i immediately went to NYc went to several deposit boxes where i kept my ideas / blueprints / technical drawings took specific pages out and got on an Amtrak train straight to The weather Channel arriving in my Cool weather lumberjack wool shirt heavy jeans outfit while it as in the 90s in Georgia.   So it probably freaked them out but still i was surprised that they would not allow me to hand the pages to a third person and from afar see them handed to Vivian Brown or Jim Cantore. the pages for Cantore i never really told the secretary just said i had more pages but i figured if a person a penpaled with by that time for ~4 years did not want my pages, Jim Cantore whom i only wrote a handful of times but never responded to my pages sure did not want to receive pages from a somewhat stranger.The pages for Cantore explained in detail how to "see" Tornado activity BEFORE they physically formed ( upto 30 to 45 minutes) by using sounds to pinpoint 5 directional streams of energies that are "hidden" within certain resonances / sounds.  One can only do so much without being pushy and my style is to just send my ideas in CLUEs and let those i wrote to ask themselves should i ask this guy questions to see if he is for real or do i think this person is not worth responding to, i.e. read the book by its cover and if one has read my blogbits one read what occurred.
