(continued from another blog i hope to link to in a month or so hence the weirder start, even for one of my blogs) ... the duo-decium cycle as i tried to share it last in detail with the weather channel's JC,MM,VB,JH during the 1990s as to those i wrote i sent some of the following but as i never post or send the same thing in the same manner though the page(s) i sent will look alike please remember what i explained in the mr.X dictionary i sent to Landmark communications Dec. 1989 where it explained how to read my pages. Each time i sent pages to use the numeric dates to read them differently depending on that date / time i sent them as to the code in the mr.X dictionary. As with clues where mirrors used in a certain configuration towards my pages would show clues embedded in some of my words in different patterns again depending on the date i sent it, why i used my style of posting the date including time when i sent the pages to the humor on the edge of some of my pages to remind the reader of the clues i left in the mr.X dictionary as to move pages around to bring out clues.
Notice those whom read my clues how what i call the galacsic ~32 yr cycle [more than 32 yrs but less than 35 yrs] and how it is made up of 6-8 yr. cycles that the complex star whose shortest angular focus influences that complex plane-t's complex beings via mag light imprint as clued on in other blogs including myfox blogs it does so in part onto the complex animals step up / down transformer from spirit to carnal lines most know this part / area as the gray mater or pia mater not alma mater in my case NYIT [firebox near Columbus circle]. Recently brain surgeon(s) are figuring out that the brain seems to have an 8 yr cycle as i have stated since 1970 that the brain in this case of humans has several stages influenced / sealed by the galacsic cycle and these stages can be broken down to ~2.6 yrs , ~5.3 yrs an 8 yr repeating segments till the top enclosing cycle of 26 to ~34 yr cycle ± 2 to 3 yrs that makes the galacsic cycle OF THIS SOLAR SYSTEM. i state not the exact numbers but a range not cause i know not the exact number but that it is too dangerous to post willy nilly as some might use it for 'evil'. Over thinking sure but better safe than sorry.
Now if not yet discovered it should be soon understood as the galacsic cycle i text of begins to interweave with its next cycle at 26-29 yrs then as well respected ancient calendar of wheels should have a similar markings in the passing and returning of the stars in a 26-29 ( present earth yr. measurement ) to 51-56 yr cycle. Here another clue i use i call the duo-decium but by now it is more at 13,000yrs half cycle of the precession of Earth but i like the word duo decium [12k] so i still use that word it this is what we are to encounter on 2011.75AD via the present 'gregorio - ian' calendar [now you know 2 of my 11 actual names] it is a nice coincidence that part of my name almost is as the name of the calendar we use (Gregorian) but it is a coincidence. Now i state in my fox blogs how this complex plane-t , Earth goes through two segments within its precession that influence how our brain to body's linear transferring energies are influenced thus eventually how humans (in this case) think and eventually TEND TO ACT, NOT EVERYONE AS WE RE INDIVIDUALS BUT OUR TENDENCY.
here i repeat those clues with more and less than the posted on fox blogs or other English blogs from 2005-present, older blogs might have more IF saved.
The following are how i categorize the two 13,000 yr segments that together fall within the precession cycle of Earth BUT PLEASE REMEMBER THERE ARE 5 other cycles that influence in this case the complex animal of this complex plane-t via its complex star's 'WOI' and the correct manner the can be plotted is via whet i call the snake graph 5 tier style. i had an example at SMARTGROUPS but they oob'd, ... uh ... went Out Of Business so might REpost that graph style here at LJ.

this 13,000yr cycle can be broken down to three segments of 4,333 yrs [via one of the galacsic formulas this 4,333 yr segment can be further broken down ONLY ONE MORE TIME TO 1,444 yrs segments and as via galacsics segments interweave each other (in physics one ends other begins) one can say each level of the second stages can take from 4,333 yrs to 5,777 yrs to present its change, you do the math if you want more info, presently ungrateful physical beings.

during a, 13,000yr period (presently ~13k, 1/2 present Earth precession )

-people (complex animal) lean towards being selfless (by itself not necessarily bad if extremes balanced by by selfishness)

-people (complex animal) build outwardly / vertical
-people (complex animal) think outwardly as black hole to certain star cluster positions tend to output energies that act as resistor to our chakras some later called the 7 sealed books

A hint i left with researchers in North-Central America was how certain groups of people of years past would be listened to as their 'sháman' or 'sháwoman' certain men (also women in their an other groups yet unknown or not well understood history when going further back in Earth's history.) What later 'cause of European or Spanish influences became religious rituals using blood as a form of sacrifice was in its beginning ( by beginning i mean pre AD ) a way to find out whom of its / their people could go soo deep within via meditation ... ( study C. Yung, i did not yet the people whom know me state that my theories remind them of his work. Though i keep passing a building / office in Manhattan, NYc with his name on it, i might go in one day) ... this was / is found by inflicting pain via the body's most sensitive / nerve ending areas thus the reproduction areas where used. CLUE: This was done in certain types of caves 'cause of the caves structure / content. First the person was asked to meditate then series of pain inflicting actions where implemented thus that person which did not or could not react to the pain meant they where truly out of their body ( not out of their mind as you probably think i am at this moment ). The peons become their leader / shaman in that they could predict major change(s) by observing their inner most intrea-active thoughts together with their calendar, plot ow to do things from higher marriages (meaning reincarnated spirit(s) that wished to be together then again in heir present carnal life where presented to each other example John luvs Jane but could not get together in the present life due to that john was killed at battle, their luv being soo deep that in their next lives sháman could tell that their karmas where pulling toward each other in a certain colour sequence / strength which represents tru-love for each other from previous lives. Thus the shaman, the two person's families are introduced and told of this karmic attraction. Now being the two people in question are physical beings only time will tell if they are compatible as being physical beings either john or jane might have already created other luv links in their present lives but at least the shaman gave them an opportunity to rejoin. NOT FORCED MARRIAGES which is a more western interpretation and became this groups style of having forced marriages after being influenced by the European invader for better or worse. The importance of this cycle goes across its ability to
influenced outputs.
One i began to state around the early 1970s is how all
complex brains
are affected, as to the complex animal / humans on earth it causes
via a starlight connection to bathe and organize the brain via 8 yr
Galacsic
cycle and its 2 to 1 ratio via .666 to .333 sub cycle(s)
This
is why for example traumatic injuries to the complex brain falls into
the sub cycles of 2.6667 [all earth/solar yrs], 5.3333 yrs
and 8
yrs and those injuries can be assisted in repairing themselves by what
type of light and mag that is used during and just after any operation.
Another affect is as to that so called 7 yr itch as really

political groups so in the wrong hands not good but that goes with

will have its emotions tugged at as to why those time period i posted a
clue above as to the use of .666 to .333 a rule as important to
galacsics as E=MC 2 to physics, but here clues i last shared to twch

RED, go 2.6667 yrs later and the colour would be .333 Y to
.666 G [Green is what to RED,this is a CLUE then go 5.333 yrs
from ROW 1 in 1972 and what is .333 V and .666 R to RED. . Well these two
last clues 'cause the inner brain being triggered to want that "love" they
felt in 1972 which occurred under that type of RED but being if both partners are not open to foreplay and
have open minds to reignite that inner fire when it calls then one
looks elsewhere to ignite that desire, vwulla the itch or simple
it could be you have not bathed in days go take a cold shower.
that does not always occur but knowing why and how, when to expect it
and its affect on things from love to weather to other scientific

but after waiting for ~30 yrs for a response or any comment my 1997

Complex animals come to be by least complex entities physically developing to become less complex ONLY within less complex or complex planets, more on my theories of 'ice' and 'radon' ages later.

What are Ml(NCVl),(NCVl)(NCVl) well first its a lower case L (l) that is to represent the word light. i state there are IN THIS TYPE OF uni-verse 5 UNIparental lights that each contain /seperate their own dimension.

@ 186,400mps is the known "light" i prefer to call Ml. Of course it is lowered in speed due to but if one day Ml can be measured beyond the "gray/grey area/ring surrounding Complex Stars
then modern science will notice it is 186,400mps. BTW i fist write his

was not "seen" till he late 1990s. Again i either make fantastic
guesses or am nutty and modern science is just catching up to the
nuttiness i presented before it was discovered.

those thirds are created by using hydrogen's UNIparental "beat" thus i use what to some might be a second but is a bit "tighter"-CLUE. So as an example of /3 lets say a uni-verse is just 1 foot across while a similar uni-verse
is~24 to 28 B-light yrs across [as ours really is not 14] yet by /3
rule one takes 1sec to go from one edge to the next 'inward' .333 area
then another /3rd to go to the next .333 (.666) area finally to the other edge another /3rd
to .999 so lets say each /3 equals 1second that means it takes 1second
to go 4 inches in one uni-verse while in a similar yet "older"
uni-verse that is 24-28 b light year across it takes 1 second to go 9
billion light years, hence thought to time twist which some call today
'time travel' though its "faster" in '/3' its
stopping points are extremely limited so if one desires many stopping
points one uses slower light dimensions, hear that NASA, simple example
its like taking a jet to see the island of Manhattan you'd miss seeing
all the beauty of graffiti and landmarks and noise pollution and the
many different culturally anchored neighborhoods as hey say F*** U in several languages. So instead of a jet walk or
take a locally stopping bus you'l be yellin {not Dr Scholls gellin } F***U or Tz** U or Agam**** U or Fut** U!. joda** U" before you know it.
