Flowing Video storyboard (kind of exist ince 2006 but other features explained below)

First posted at TRIPOD in 2001 (USING A VIVIAN BROWN VIDEO / GIF but the gif company complained to TRIPOD)then on FOXblogs 2006 using a Tracy Humphrey clip. then to GUBA ~2006 since i noticed they already where developing a static storyboard type of video preview.

    Now the idea was to show the real time IN GREEN as reference so when interneters would view what i called a THUMBTAC they could go through a video/movie several times faster. Yet get a taste at what real time they wish to join the ACTUAL VIDEO by watching and clicking on the GREEN TIME.
  Now when posted and / or sent to FOX and GUBA (google & youtube a bit later) i hinted why not add ability to hover over a special icon embedded in the player then as the green time appears over that icon floating over the interface. (Icon could be the VCR fast forward "FF-vue" or ">>vue" icon.  The floating over the icon real time numbers become an active link when clicked thus begins the video at the green time that was clicked.
   THE way its paid for is with Ads but as follows as in return to get to a point of the clip much faster one has to view an Ad. The further into a LONGER VIDEO ones goes the more ads one has to view. Lets say 30 second fast forward means a 10 second Ad, 2min fast forward means  30 second Ad(s) This example has a 1m54s clip previewed in 22 seconds with little lost as to sequential frame information(SeFrIn). By "SeFrIn"(Decimated) simply stated if one video frames are placed too far apart one loses the complete flow of a clips preview.
   Imagine the following words represent a videos information
   NON SWIMMER FALLS INTO POOL BEGINS TO DROWN BOY JUMPS INTO POOL SAVES NON SWIMMER
   but with low "SeFrIn" one sees
   NON SWIMMER                                                 DROWN                                                 NON SWIMMER..            with adequate SeFrIn
   NON SWIMMER FALLS         POOL BEGINS     DROWN         JUMPS INTO               SAVES          SWIMMER
   with the latter an interneter gets a good hint of what the clip contains and gets a better desire to watch. This also will help with the next type of spamming which inevitably will be video ad spamming and by viewing sent videos one will see if the video "flows" as to the eMails title or has unwanted inserted link ads.
BTW used 60% of my best quality plug ins / codecs to create this 320x240 "THUMBTAC" i figure pro quality could lower this preview to a 50KB file at half the dimensions
